I have been making jerkies and dried fruits since 2021, and I do not exaggerate when I say even considering meat jerkies, this recipe is one of my favorites. I have tried both flavors, and I must admit a slight bias towards the smoky BBQ one, but both are phenomenal. The only thing id say is marinade the mushrooms overnight so they really get a chance to soak in the flavor.
