Thank you, Marie! This was delicious and easy to make. We used an equal amount of Stevia instead of sugar and the tartness of the cranberries and oranges covered the Stevia after-taste. We found it took about 2 hours for the loose bowl mix to chill enough to get thick so the pecans and pineapple wouldn't sink to the top of the mold. And a tip for releasing the cranberry mold from the form (we used a stone bundt-style pan) is to cut around the edges of the gelatin and then set the whole mold in another bowl of warm water. After a few minutes, it was loose enough to fall out in one piece and enjoy!
