These are way better than the inspiration cookie I tried! The original was great, but just a bit too sweet. The orange zest in this recipe really takes it to the next level. It's a unique and delicious cookie that would be fabulous crumbled over vanilla ice cream. I can't tell they're gluten-free, either!
